Charles Amirkhanian talks with dancer Margaret Fisher at her Berkeley music and dance space Cat’s Paw Palace of Performing Arts. The subject of the discussion is a public dance work “Emigration” which was scheduled to occur on Saturday, September 28, 1974, on the Marina in San Francisco. Fisher talks about how the public is invited to participate. The two also talk about the Cat’s Paw Palace and its function as a center for alternative dance and music performances. The Cat’s Paw was located at 8th St. and Dwight Way in Berkeley, California.
