Philip Glass discusses his work “The Photographer”, a piece conceived as a play, a concert, and a dance in three acts which had, at the time of this recording, just been released on record. Glass and his ensemble were in the San Francisco Bay Area to perform the piece, which is based on the life and work of Eadweard Muybridge.
