Featured works include Anton Webern’s “Variations, Op. 27,” a spirited version of Pierre Boulez’s first “Piano Sonata,” and a more subdued and sublime selection from Claude Debusssy’s ”Préludes, Book II,” entitled “Bruyères.” The concert concludes with the well known “Scherezo in A Flat Major” by Aleksandr Borodin.
